The National Council for Women, chaired by Counselor Amal Ammar, along with all its members and vice-chairperson, extends heartfelt congratulations to Counselor Yomna Mohamed Reda Badr on her appointment as Assistant Head of the State Litigation Authority for Supreme Council Affairs, becoming the first woman to hold this prestigious position.

Counselor Amal Ammar expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to Counselor Hussein Madkour, Head of the State Litigation Authority, for his continuous support of women’s empowerment within the Authority, his confidence in the competencies of female judges, and his commitment to providing equal opportunities for women to assume leadership roles. This reflects the state’s commitment to principles of competence and integrity while enhancing the role of women in the judicial system.

It is noteworthy that Counselor Yomna Mohamed Reda Badr is the first woman to assume the position of Assistant Head of the State Litigation Authority for Supreme Council Affairs. The role includes reviewing and preparing files, presenting matters to the Supreme Council of the State Litigation Authority, implementing its decisions, and organizing its sessions electronically—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of decisions—according to the rules and regulations governing the Supreme Council’s operations.
