Head of the Bar Association Participates in a PhD Thesis Defense Committee at the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University

The Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University received Dr. Abdel Halim Allam, President of the Egyptian Bar Association and Chairman of the Arab Lawyers Union, to participate as a member of the examination and evaluation committee for the PhD dissertation submitted by researcher Ayman Ibrahim Abdel-Samee Tahoun, entitled “Guarantees for the Enforcement of Administrative Court Judgments.”
Dr. Allam was welcomed by Dr. Yassin El-Shazly, Dean of the Faculty of Law, who presented him with the Faculty’s Diamond Jubilee Shield in appreciation of his academic and professional role and his attainment of a doctoral degree, in the presence of a distinguished group of law professors and members of the examination committee.
The committee comprised a number of prominent law professors, headed by Dr. Hossam El-Ahwany, Professor of Civil Law and former Dean of the Faculty; Dr. Sayed Ahmed Mahmoud, Professor of Procedural Law and former Vice Dean; Dr. Mona Ramadan Bateekh, Professor and Head of the Public Law Department; and Dr. Ibrahim Mohamed Ali, Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Menoufia University, in addition to several faculty leaders and staff members.
During the meeting, Dr. Yassin El-Shazly emphasized the importance of strengthening areas of joint cooperation between the Faculty of Law and the Bar Association in a way that serves the educational process and links academic study with practical application. This was followed by an inspection tour of the faculty’s new lecture halls.
