The nursery at the Family and Child Development Center in Garf Hussein Village, Aswan Governorate, along with the nursery at the Family and Child Development Center in Damsena Village, Beheira Governorate, organized a special educational event for children to celebrate the month of Rajab and introduce them to the Hijri months. The initiative aims to instill religious values and develop children’s religious awareness in a simple manner suitable for their age.
The event included teaching the children about the virtues and significance of the month of Rajab, as well as raising awareness about the importance of charitable deeds and giving. The children participated in practical and interactive activities that reflected the concepts of generosity and sharing, all within an atmosphere of joy and fun.
Such activities are part of efforts to cultivate religious and moral awareness in children from an early age, and to build balanced personalities rooted in sound human and religious values.
The event received widespread praise for demonstrating the role of the nurseries at the Family and Child Development Centers, which operate under the Japanese JICA system, in effectively combining education and entertainment, contributing to the proper upbringing of children based on ethics and values.
This initiative comes within the framework of the cooperation protocol between the National Alliance for Developmental Civil Work, the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Local Development, supporting the family and child development system, enhancing societal awareness, and fostering a generation that is more conscious and connected to their community.
