Counselor Amal Ammar, Chairperson of the National Council for Women, congratulated the women of Egypt and the world on the occasion of the New Year, wishing it to bring goodness, peace, and stability, and to be a year full of achievements for women in all fields.
She affirmed that Egyptian women are a fundamental pillar in building the New Republic and an active partner in comprehensive development efforts, praising the unprecedented gains they have achieved under the wise political support of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, who has given special attention to women’s issues and recognizes their role as genuine partners in nation-building. This has contributed to empowering women politically, economically, and socially, and enhancing their participation in decision-making positions.
Ammar added that the New Year represents a renewed opportunity to continue supporting women, female entrepreneurs, and girls, contributing to the objectives of the National Strategy for the Empowerment of Egyptian Women 2030, wishing women in Egypt and around the world a future of greater justice, safety, and prosperity.
